Renowned urban artist Misterpiro has made a grand appearance at Livensa Living Málaga Feria with his newest artwork titled “Spaces & Between.” This stunning mural not only attracts attention with its visual appeal but also encapsulates the concept of the link between individuals and their environment.
Misterpiro, a celebrated figure on the global urban art stage, has previously showcased his talents in cities such as London, Rome, and New York. His masterpiece “Spaces & Between” marks his debut in Malaga and represents a significant event, being the 13th urban art installation commissioned by Livensa Living across Spain and Portugal. The company’s commitment to enhancing the residential experience through art is clear.
Standing at an impressive 3.3 meters in height and extending 23 meters in length, the two murals capture the imagination. To achieve his vision, Misterpiro employed a lively palette consisting of over 40 different paint shades.
But that’s not the only transformation at Livensa Living Málaga Feria. The complex is also undergoing an extensive renovation, with a key emphasis on functionality. Recognizing the evolving needs of residents, Livensa Living is converting 120 individual flexible accommodation units into doubles, thus increasing their capacity.
The renovation also revitalizes the common areas to align with Livensa Living’s design principles. Expect to see a refreshing mix of vibrant colors, youthful patterns, and elements that pay homage to Malaga’s rich culture and traditions.
