About me

I am Emmanuel Jarus, a Canadian-born artist and muralist living and working around the globe. My art is deeply inspired by the visual human experience, and through my work, I strive to communicate a narrative that reflects the individual spirit of each community I engage with. By blending acrylic, latex, and aerosol paint using my unique impressionist technique, I create dynamic representations of the people who inspire me during my travels. For the past 10 years, I have collaborated with communities across Canada and around the world to produce large-scale portraits, figures, and other imagery on wall surfaces. My work can be found in major cities as well as rural settings, earning international recognition as a contemporary muralist and figurative painter. One of my notable achievements includes creating a historical mural in Manhattan for the 75th anniversary of the United Nations, in partnership with Street Art for Mankind.
