About me

Dúo Amazonas is a collective formed in 2017 by Natalia Andreoli (Argentina, 1992) and Lina Castellanos (Colombia, 1990). Andreoli studied Scenography at the National University of Arts in Buenos Aires and further honed her skills through workshops with artists such as Paula Bonet and Lean Frizzera. Lina Castellanos holds an academic background in Visual Arts from the Javeriana University in Bogotá, with a specialization in Scenography from the National University of Arts in Buenos Aires, and a Master's in Gender Studies from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Their work blends aesthetics and conceptualization rooted in feminist and decolonial political discourses. They have created murals in countries such as Spain, Argentina, Portugal, Greece, Uruguay, and beyond.
